SOLUTIONS TO THE PAIN POINTS

Note-taking features:

1. When typing it is inconvenient to change the colour of the font as you need to exit the text box, then change the colour and then press again on the edit text box 

​

For this, I would use change it so that the font, colour and text size are incorporated at the top of the keyboard on the screen so the user can easily access it without having to exit the text box. 

​

2. Doesn't offer a library of general photos that the user could insert into their notes. 

​

Create a library of generic pictures for users to quickly access and insert into the notebook. This feature would be placed at the top of the toolbar. 

​

3. Not having the option to include an insert table and graph function

​

I would insert this option at the top of the toolbar

​

4. Not being able to add web clips 

​

This would also be a feature included in the toolbar

​

5. Not being able to increase the size of the pen to more than 2mm   

​

I would change this so that the pen size can be increase until 5mm

​

Others:

​

1. Doesn't have as many exporting options, for example, could include RTF as an option. 

​

Add RTF as an exporting option

​

2. Doesn't offer a colour tag option for the folders and notebooks. This is offered by competitors such as notability. 

​

Offer this as an option that the user can set up and customise the folders further if they would like

​
